摘要
2006年是公安部党委确定的“基层基础建设年”。进一步抓好治安基础工作,对有针对性地落实“基层基础建设年”有着非常重要的现实意义。
The year 2006 is the“Year of Basic-level Construction”set by the Party committee of the Min- istry of Public Security.To do the foundational public security work well is of momentous current significance to the implementation of the“Year of Basic-level construction”.
