涉法涉诉信访是诸多社会矛盾的综合反映,其表现形式主要有十个方面,既涉及实体法,又涉及程序法,做好涉法涉诉信访工作应把握坚持对人民群众高度负责、坚持甄别性质分类处理、坚持实事求是依法办事、坚持依靠党委政府解决问题、坚持责任追究等原则。

Complaint reporting involving law and litigation is a comprehensive reflex of many social contra- dictions.It has ten manifestations which not only touch upon substantive law,but also adjective law.To do the work well,it is imperative to uphold the principles of being highly responsible for the people,different handling according to different natures,being practical and realistic and abiding by the law,depending on the Party com- mittee and government to solve problems and investigating and affixing the responsibility.
