糯稻根的化学成分及药理研究

Studies on Chemical Constituents and Pharmacology in Orgyza sativa L. root

目的:研究糯稻根的化学成分及药理作用。方法:将糯稻根的水煎液,经阳离子交换树脂柱层析,用2%氨水洗脱,分得16种氨基酸。结果:经理化,TLC,氨基酸分析仪测定及标准品对照,确定含有16种氨基酸,2种糖类及黄酮类成分。糯稻根的水煎液经药理实验表明,对 CCl_4肝损伤有保护作用,并有明显的滋阴作用。结论以上16种氨基酸,2种糖类及黄酮类成分均首次从该植物根中得到。

Aim;To study the chemical compositions and pharmacologcal functions of Oryza stiva L. root.Methods:The water extracts of Oryza stiva L.root was cation-exchange chromatography, washed it with 2% ammonia water, 16kinds of amino acids separately was separated from the water-extracts. Results With the analysis场physicochemi- caI,TLC,the amino acids instrument measurement and standard articles check against,kinds of sugar and ffavonoid compositions is confirmed. The pharmacological experiment 16 kinds of amino acids, 2 that the extract of 0-ryza sativa L. root could strikin-gly mice from serious acute liver injury caused by CC14, and it has a signif`icant Yi-n-deficiency remedy effects. Conclusion: 16 kinds of amino acids, 2 kinds of sugar and ffavonoid compo-sitions mentioned above are gotten from the plant's root for the first time.
