安络化纤丸降脂作用的临床观察

Therapeutic Effects of Anluohuaxian Pills on Fatty Liver

目的:观察纯中药制剂安络化纤丸(森隆药业有限公司)对脂肪肝患者的治疗效果。方法:选择脂肪肝患者62例,随机分为2组。观察组(31例)服用安络化纤丸,对照组(31例)服用易善复胶囊。观察2组患者用药12周前后临床症状、肝功、血脂等的变化。结果:安络化纤丸治愈脂肪肝12例(占38.0%),总有效率为93.5%。临床主要症状的改善率高,各项指标均优于易善复组,甘油三酯,谷丙转氨酶下降明显。结论:安络化纤丸对脂肪肝有显著可靠的治疗作用。

Aim:To determine the effects of Anluohuaxian pills in treatment of fatty liver. Methods:62 patients with fatty liver were randomly divided into 2 groups. The observation group was treated with Anluohuaxian pills (n=31),and the control group with Essentiale Forten N (n=31). The changes of clinical symptoms and blood lipids were ob-served to evaluate the therapeutic effects. Results: The total effective rate was 93.5%, the level of TG,ALT,GGT was significantly reduced. All the therapeutic indications were better in Anluohuaxian pills group than that in Essentiale Forten N group. Conclusion:Anluohuaxian pills has notable and reliable effect.
