Testing of the Microorganism Limit of Huoxiangzhengqi Tablets by Different Methods

目的:采用不同方法测定藿香正气片微生物限度,找到科学合理的检验方法。方法:正常法,培养基稀释法。结果:正常法出现无法计数的现象,而培养基稀释法可克服上述缺点。结论:测定藿香正气片微生物限度宜采用培养基稀释法或其他可消除抑菌活性的检验方法。

To find a rational method for determination of microorganism limit of huoxiangzhengqi tablets. Methods:Routine and medium diluting method was used.Results:Uncountable results was found by routine test whereas the problem was solved by medium diluting method.Conclusion:Medium diluting method could be used in the test of microorganism limit for huoxiangzhengqi tablets.
