高效液相色谱法测定盐酸特拉唑嗪及其胶囊中的有关物质

Determination of Related Substances of Terazosin Hydrochloride and Its Capsules by HPLC

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定盐酸特拉唑嗪及其胶囊剂中的有关物质。方法:采用色谱柱:Dia-monsilC_(18)色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm 5um);流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸-三乙胺(330:670:10:0.3);检测波长:246nm;流速:1.0ml·min-1。结果:原料药可检测出5个杂质峰,胶囊剂可检测出6个杂质峰。结论:本法简便,准确,灵敏度高,可用于盐酸特拉唑嗪及其胶囊剂中中有关物质的测定。

To establish an HPLC method for determination of the related substances in Terazosin Hydrochlo- ride and its Capsule's.Methods:A Diamonsil-C_(18)column(150mm×4.6mm 5um)was used for the analysis with methnol-water-glacial acetic acid-triethylamine(330:670:10:0.3)as mobile phase and detected at UV 246nm and the flow rate was 1.0ml·min^(-1),.Results:Five and six impurity waves were detected in Terazosin Hydroehlo- ride and its Capsule respectively.Conclusion:A simple,accurate and sensitive method to determine the related substances in Terazosin Hydrochloride and its Capsules was established.
