目的:使实验者在测定阿莫西林胶囊溶出度时操作更加合理准确。方法:配制自身对照液时采用不同的溶解方式与溶解时间测定溶出度进行比较。结果:溶解方式与溶解时间影响溶出度的测定。结论:选择不同的溶解方式要注意溶解时间的把握。

For more rational and accurate in the operation of test of dissolution of Amoxicillin capsules. Method:Self reference of Amoxicillin capsules determined by different dilution modes and different dilution time were compared.Results:The dilution modes and time influenced the results of testing of dissolution.Con- clusion:The dilution time should be noticed when different dilution modes were selected.
