软坚散结丸的制备及临床应用

Preparation and Clinical Application of Ruan Jian San Jie Pills

目的:研究软坚散结丸的处方、制备、并观察其临床疗效。方法:采用薄层色谱法对软坚散结九中主药进行定性鉴别,其他成分采用显微法鉴别。临床将250例类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者,随机分成治疗组125例,服用软坚散结丸,并与中医辫证组125例对照观察。结果:制定了软坚散结丸的制备工艺和质量标准,治疗组显效率92.8%,对照组72%,经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.01).结论:软坚散结丸组方合理、工艺简单、质量控制方法可靠易行,疗效确切,值得推广。

To study the prepartion method of Traditional Chinese Medicine:Ruan Jian Suan Jie Pills,and make an observation of its clinical therapeutic effect.Methods:The main components of the pills are analysed quantitively by The TLC,and the rest compoents are analysed by a microscope.Two hundred and fifty RA clinical patients are divided stochasticly into 2 groups,with 125 patients taking the pills and the other 125 are treated in the traditional way.Results:Prepartion technique and quantitiy standard of the Pills have been worked out.92.8 % of the patients treated with the pills have a notable curative effact in group one.While only 72% of the patients have a curative effect in Group Two,the control group.By a statistics analysis,there is a significance difference between the two groups.(P<0.01).Condusion:Fill prescription of the RuanJIan San Jie Pills are rational,and its prepartion technology is easy to conduct.Besides,its method in quantity controlling are reliable,and its curative effects are exact.Therefore,it is worth popularizing.
