摘要
桥壳是奔驰载重汽车上的主要受力零件,属重要法规件,其内部质量要求很高,不允许有任何铸造缺陷。文中着重分析桥壳的结构特点,按均衡凝固原则、大孔出流理论,利用无胃口铸造工艺解决了原工艺中存在的铸造缺陷,使之达到了产品图纸和德国DBL标准要求。
The axle tube is one of the main strained parts of North-Benz trucks and badly requires good interior quality and allows no casting defect. The peculiarity of the structure is analyzed. By equilibria concreting rule and the theory of macropore flowing outward, the defects in casting are removed with the technique of no -head casting in order to meet the requirements of the product drawings and German DBL standard.
