The training and education of the new type of farmers with knowledge and techniques,knowing business management,being civilized and obeying the law is the key to the socialist new village construction.It is the essential project and the foundation,and the requirement of the modern agriculture and the harmonious development of the three civilizations and the requirement of carrying out the view of the scientific development.It is a systematic project which needs concern and support of the whole society and government’s sustaining and it also needs effective measures.
