摘要
我国商业秘密法律保护工作起步较晚,机制不健全,商业秘密意识普遍不强。为适应商业秘密保护的国际化趋势,必须尽快完善我国商业秘密保护的立法和执法。
In China,the protection of the law of business secret started relatively late and the system is not perfect and the consciousness of business secret is generally weak.The legislation of business secret and the enforcement of the law must be perfected as soon as possible to suit the international tendency.
