摘要
1874年,王韬在香港创办了我国最早的国人自主经营的报纸———《循环日报》,开创了近代国人自主办报的先河。《循环日报》的创办体现了王韬借“日报立言”、以言议政及“博采群言、兼收并蓄”等办报思想。
In 1874,Wang Tao established the newspaper Circulation Daily in Hong Kong,which is the earliest daily paper conducted by Chinese.The establishment of Circulation Daily shows Wang Tao's thought of running a daily paper to express his opinions about national politics,and absorb various speeches extensively in the newspaper.
