Vibration of Tubes and Piping Design in Inverter Multi-connected Air-conditioning unit

摘要 通过试验测试了变频多联机在高温环境下的低频振动和高频噪音,并结合测试结果分析了产生低频振动和高频噪音的原因。从变频多联机运行的可靠性、安全性和经济性等方面确定了配管长度和室内外机之间及室内机之间高落差的合理范围,讨论了变频多联机系统中应用的压缩机并联和双冷凝器技术、制冷剂均分技术以及配管施工技术。 The low-frequency vibration and high-frequency noise were tested in high ambient temperature and the reasons were also analyzed. The maximum whole tube length and vertical tube height between outdoor unit and indoor unit and between indoor units were determined from the eye of reliability, security and economy. The application of parallel connection of inverter compressor and normal compressor,double condensers, well-proportioned distribution of refrigerant and good construction of tubes ensures the excellent performance of the inverter multi-connected air-condition unit.
