摘要
本文针对饮食业的厨房排风,讨论了几个在通风系统设计中对风量、压力等影响较大而又常不被注意的问题。以期对厨房通风的设计提供一点参考。
This article in view of a catering business kitchen row of wind, discussed several in the ventilation system design to influence and so on flow rate, pressure greatly but also often not the question which pays attention. Provides a reference by the time to the kitchen well ventilated design.
