本文分析了洗浴健身中心建筑物的结构特性和冷负荷及通风负荷的特点,采用各房间安装排风装置,走廊供新风的通风方式,空调系统为户式一拖多集中空调。通过运行,该系统运行调节方便,节省投资费用,室内空气质量好,防止了室内空气交叉污染,运行费用低。

Building's structure,ventilating load characteristics and cooling load characteristics are analyzed. Every room has exhausting system,Fresh air is supplied to corridor. Air conditioning system use split system with one outdoor unit and multi-indoor units. The practice operation prove that the HVAC system is easy to adjust,saving investment,air quality is better,air pollution is prevented and operation cost is low.
