Air cleaning and conditioning system for cleaningrooms is more bigger than air cleaning and conditioning system for commonrooms in energy-saving,so the measure of energy-saving is very important.The energy-saving must be achieved by the course which comprises designing,construction and operating management.So this article mainly introduces the measure of air cleaning and conditioning system for cleanrooms' energy-saving in three aspects,that is designing,construction and operating management.
