舒降和胃汤治疗反流性食管炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Shujianghewei Decoction on Reflux Esophagitis

目的:观察舒降和胃汤治疗反流性食管炎的疗效。方法:将109例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组埃索美拉唑和吗丁啉口服治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用舒降和胃汤两组均于治疗12 w后评定疗效。结果:治疗组症状改善、内镜下食管炎症改变及半年后复发率方面均优于对照组。结论:舒降和胃汤治疗反流性食管炎效果显著良。

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Shujianghewei Decoction on Reflux Esophagitis Methods; 109 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly, both group was given Naixin (20mg/time), Domperidone(10mg/time). Meanwhile, Shujianghewei Decoction was given to therapy group for 12w. Re-sults: the symptom were improved in therapy group, recurrence rate after half year and inflammation altering were superior to control group. Conclusion: There are good effects of Shujianghewei Decoction on Reflux Esophagitis
