摘要
20世纪九十年代,拉美和美国的毒品问题都很突出,前者是世界毒品的主要产地,后者是世界最大的毒品消费市场,双方在各自采取措施加强反毒斗争的同时也不断进行合作,联合扫毒,但由于双方扫毒的侧重点不同,以及美国的霸权主义行径,导致双方不断发生冲突,这将继续影响今后双方的关系。
In 1990s, drug problem was serious in Latin Am er ica and USA. When they took measures to intensify the struggle against drugs in their countries, the two sides cooperated with each other. However, conflict of interests arose frequently and the relations between the sides were not stable due to various kinds of causes.
