The marginal issues on the re-revision of criminal procedure law refer to the issues that not only have more or less relations with the revision of criminal procedural law but also those being long neglected by the academic circles,in details,they include: the relation of proceedings in the second trial;the joint of administrative punishment and criminal investigation;the judicialization of administrative organs;the administrativation of judicial organs.The purpose of raising these problems aims at evoking a universal attention to them.
