A Research on Teaching Civil And Commercial Law in Public Security Universities and Colleges

民法中的平等、权利保护、诚信等基本原则对树立人民警察的执法理念,维护人民警察合法权益有重要意义。公安机关在具体工作中愈来愈多地运用到民商法知识,民商法学在公安课程体系中的地位不容忽视。因此,必须扭转以往公安工作“重刑轻民”的传统观念,改革教学模式,将民法理念、知识与公安工作有机结合,采用灵活的、形式多样的教学方法,提高教师的实践素质和实践能力。

The basic principles of equity,protection for rights and honesty in civil law are very significant for the establishment of police's law-enforcing concepts and maintenance of their personal legal benefits.Since the progressive application of knowledge of civil & commercial law in public security's concrete work,the status of science of civil & commercial law in the system of course in public security universities and colleges should not be neglected.Therefore,we should change the traditional concepts of attaching importance to criminal punishment but paying no attention to human,conduct reforms on teaching pattern,make a mechanic combination between concepts of civil & commercial law,knowledge with public security work,adopt flexible,various teaching methods to improve the practical qualities and abilities of the teachers.
