摘要
指出了高校学生管理工作面临的新形势,提出了树立“以学生为本”的管理理念、情感管理与制度管理相结合、变学生被动管理为自我管理、不断提高学生管理工作者的自身素质等积极改进高校学生管理工作的对策。
The management of college students is facing with a new situation.This paper puts forward some measures to improve this management such as setting up 'student first' idea,combining sentiment management with system management,replacing passive management to students with self-management of students and improving the quality of managers,etc..
