Osman Turkey Empire developed as far as the eye can see at 16th century.But it started to decline at 17th century and completely decline at 19th century and it even tended to become disorganization.The European strong countries began to outspread the long-term diplomacy and the military contention for seizing this huge empire's 'inheritance' and setting up their superiority statuses respectively at Far East.Thus caused a series serious and complex international dispute which was called 'Eastern questions'.And they even became one of the diplomacy subjects in 19th century.
