摘要
教书育人是教师职责不可分割的两个方面,但目前的大学教育中存在着大学科任教师育人意识缺失的现象。大部分专业科任教师认为教授专业知识是他们的职责,而学生的思想道德发展、精神境界提高则与自己没有太大关系。本文试分析形成此种现象的原因,并提供一些解决的策略。
Teaching and education are two indiscerptible aspects in teacher’s responsibility. but now, the phenomenonof lacking educational consciousness is existing in college education. Mostly professional subject teachers think theyhave little relationship with the development of morality and mind of students, and their responsibility is to teach spe-cialty knowledge. This paper tries to analyze forming this phenomenon’s cause and puts forward some countermeasures.
