安徽天堂寨野生藤木扦插繁殖的研究

Study of the Cuttage of Wild Woody Vine in the Tiantang Mountain Village of Anhui Province

在对安徽省大别山区天堂寨野生木质藤本植物调查的基础上,于4月份采集了17种藤本植物的硬枝进行了扦插,用50mg/kg、400mg/kg生根粉溶液和清水对照对插穗进行了处理,研究了不同种以及同种藤木在不同浓度生根粉溶液处理的差异。研究结果表明:扦插时不需要生根粉处理成活率很高的有勾儿茶、雀梅藤、白木通、木防己、络石、扶芳藤、紫藤;适合用低浓度生根粉处理的有葛枣猕猴桃、冠盖绣球;适合用高浓度生根粉处理的有络石、扶芳藤;不适合扦插的有大血藤、瘤枝五味子。

After surveying the wild woody vine in the Tiantang mountain village of the Anhui province,we collected seventeen kinds of vine and used their hard branches to plant in March.Then gived the clear water,50pm and 400mg/kg different consistency of taking of root for processing.Define the scinential and rational branch,record the influence of growing with different density of taking of root for processing,study the difference between the different kinds of trees and the sane kind but different density of taking of root for processing.The result of the experiment shous that,whih the clear water,the better kinds of trees for cuttage was Berchemia.sinica、Sageretia.thea、Akebia.quinata、Cocculus.orbiculatus、Trachelospermum.jasminoides、Euonymus.fortunei、Wisteria.sinensis;with the 50mg/kg,the better kinds of trees for cuttage was Actinidia.polygama 、Hydrangea.anomala;with the 400mg/kg,the better kinds of trees for cuttage was Trachelospermum.jasminoides、Euonymus.Fortunei;the worthless kinds of trees for cuttage was Sargentodoxa.cuneata;Schisandr.tuberculata.
