In line with the guidelines for comprehensive reform issued by the National Population and Family Planning Commission(NPFPC), the municipal government of Shenzhen,Guangdong developed detailed rules for implementing the NPFPC guidelines.To reflect new requirements of the market economy,Shenzhen has taken a series of measures to deepen the reforms.Below is a summary of those measures.
