高校教师创新人格的特征与塑造

The Characteristics and Mold of Creative Personality of Teachers in Higher Learning Institutions

文章从四个层面说明高校对创新型教师的迫切需要,分析高校教师创新人格的特征,并从实践的角度提出营造自由宽松的环境、设立科学的评价机制、采取适当的激励手段、制定积极的培养制度、重视教师自我塑造等教师创新人格的塑造方法。

This paper illustrates that higher learning institutions are crying for creative teachers from four aspects,analyzes the characteristics of creative personality of teachers in higher learning institutions.What's more,some ways to mold teachers' creative personality are put forward,they are creating free environment,building scientific evaluating mechanism,developing more effective incentive plan and training of teachers as well as attaching importance to self-molding of teachers.
