软、硬式排球结合教学的实验研究

The Study of a New Teaching Way—Combing the“soft”and“hard”ways,in Volleyball Compulsory Classes in P·E Departments of Colleges

本文通过查阅大量文献资料,对专家的调查、访谈及本人实践与观察,针对我区高师体育院系系排球普修课中,压缩教学课时,重复开设软式排球课等较不和理的实际情况,在我区高师体育学院的排球普修课中进行了两次实验,并将实验结果与传统教学法的教学效果进行比较,提出了一种新的——“软、硬式排球结合教学”的方式方法．

By consulting a large number of data,interviewing experts and putting everything in practice by myself,I,made two experiments about Volleyball in different P·E departments of colleges,In compulsory volley- ball classes of these colleges,there're many unpleasant phenomena—shortening the teaching time,repeatedly opening“soft—volleyball”Classes,After the experiment,I made a comparison between the traditional way and the new way of teaching and got a new teaching meted combining the“soft”and“hard”ways.
