摘要
本文运用实验的方法对体育教育专业武术普修课课后作业采用预习和练习的方法进行对比,结果表明,太极拳教学实验班好于对照班.预习法的运用适合于动作较复杂的套路教学,能够提高学生自学能力,对学生自主学习具有较好的促进作用.
The research has been done on the application of making preparation and after-class practice to the students whose major is Wushu in Baotou Teachers'College.The result shows that the students in ex- perimental group play Taiji better than the ones in non-experimental group,and that making preparation is a good way to learn more complicated series of Wushu and it can improve the students'autonomous learning ability.
