The Advantage and Disadvantage of Multimedia and Its Technology in University Teaching

随着信息技术的日益普及和发展,多媒体及其技术逐渐被广大教育者认同。特别是在高等院校各学科教学领域,如何应用多媒体及其技术搞好辅助教学,并在充分发挥其优势的同时,应注意其存在的若干问题,笔者结合自己的教学实践谈一些浅见,仅供大家探讨。

with the increasing popularization and development of information technology, multimedia and its technology are gradually recognized by educators. Especially in the teaching of all the subjects of universities, multimedia and its technology should be used to improve the computer assisted instruction (CAD). At the same time a close attention should be paid to the advantages, as well as its disadvantages. This paper will give a review of the problem in terms of teaching practice.
