高校体育毕业生离校前的特殊心态分析与引导

随着高校毕业生就业分配制度改革的不断深化,就业率是衡量一个学校人才培养质量是否符合社会人才需求的量化指标。因而高校对毕业生的就业指导和培训越来越重视。但对毕业生就业和离校前的心理调整和压力缓解却没有引起足够的重视和关注。此本文围绕毕业生离校前特殊的心态分析,提出几点引导的措施。

As the job distributive reform goes, The graduates` job placement becomes the guidelins to measure whether a university's graduates meet the demand for talents in the society.So universities pay much more attention to the graduates'job training ,Whereas neglect .Considering this,The author proposed several measures to guide the graduates.
