摘要
教师个体专业素养的高低,可以追溯到师范教育阶段。教师教育类课程要面向教育实践,帮助学生建构新的教育观,不断提高学生的教育实践能力,引导师范生变革自身的学习观念与方式,多创设体验与沟通的环节与氛围,不断提升师范生自知/自省智力与人际/社交智力。教师教育类课程,需要相应加大心理学课程的比例。
The level of a teacher 's specialty quality could be traced back to his normal education stage. The curricula of teachers'education should face the educational practice , help the students to construct their new education concept, improve the students' practicality. Moreover, they should guide the students to change their learning beliefs and modes, create more links and atmosphere for experience and communication, and upgrade intrapersonal /introspective intelligence and interpersonal/social intelligence of the Normal University students. The psychology courses should be scaled up to teachers'education .
