摘要
本文通过对包头市达茂旗光能、热量、降水和风能资源状况的分析,提出了合理开发利用其气候资源的对策与措施,为该旗经济的发展提供参考。
The article analyzed the natural resources state on the light ability、the quantity of heat、the precipitation and the wind ability in Damao County, Baotou and brought forward the measure and strategy on how to exploit the climate resource reasonably in order to provide the reference for its development on economy.
