小学体育教师现状及影响因素的研究

Research on the Prevent Situation and Influential Factors of Physical Education in Primary Schools

本文通过对包头市城市小学体育教师现状的调查,着重从体育教师基本状况、体育教学情况、科研情况入手。找出了影响小学体育教师现状的因素是:领导对体育教育的认识不足;体育教师工资待遇较低;教师工作量大,学习与进修机会少;场地器材缺乏;体育教师角色定位不够。

This paper focuses on the basic situation of P.E teachers, P.E education and scientific study, on the basis of doing researches on P.E teacher , present situation in primary schools in Baotou City before finding out its influential factors, which are school leader , lack of understanding about P.E education ; P.E teacher , low salary and low welfare ; P.E teacher , heavy work load and few chances for further study ; shortage of equipment and gum ; and P.E teacher , improper evaluation of their roles .
