On the Sustainable Development of Adult Higher Education

成人高等教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,发展成人高等教育是邓小平同志关于高等教育“两条腿”走路的重要思想的体现,也是转型期适应经济和社会发展、实现高等教育大众化的客观需要。在保证我国成人高等教育可持续发展的进程中,解决好观念、体制、师资、经费等问题固然十分重要,但是,能否建立教育教学的质量保障体系和实现成人教育创新是重中之重。

Adult higher education is an important component part of higher education. The development of adult higher education is the embodiment of Deng Xiaoping's “Two Legs Walking ' thinking , it is the external need for adapting the economic and social development and realizing higher education in a popular style,too. During the sustainable development of adult higher education in China , to settle questions like notion、system、teachers、outlay successfully are very important,but to set up the secure system for teaching quality and to realiaze the innovation of adult higher education are more important.
