高等学校建立教学质量保障机制的思考

Some Considerations on Establishing Guaranteeing Mechanism of Teaching Quality for Universities

教学质量的保证依赖于完整的教学质量保障机制及其有效运行。一个有效运行的教学质量保障机制既能对教学质量进行评估、监督、考核,又能为学校的教学决策提供可靠的依据。本文在总结目前教学质量保证机制的经验基础上,从管理、监控、预警、激励等4个方面对建设教学质量保障长效机制展开讨论。

The guaranteeing of teaching quality relies on a complete guaranteeing mechanism and its effective operation. An effectively operating guaranteeing mechanism of teaching quality can not only serve to evaluate, monitor and review the teaching quality, but also provide a reliable benchmark for the university's teaching strategy decisions.This paper, based on the experiences from different universities, discusses how to build a long-term guaranteeing mechanism of teaching quality from four different aspects, i.e., management, monitor, forecast and incentives.
