Research and Practice on Supervisory System of Teaching Quality in Newly-Founded Local Universities

教育质量是学校的生命线,完善的质量监控体系是提高教学质量的有力保证。作者对教学质量监控理论体系进行了研究;在教学质量监控实践中,建立了质量标准并分层次实施质量评价,将奖惩、帮助、服务等内容融进了质量监控体系,体现了严格管理与人文关怀的有机结合。

Teaching quality determines the survival of a school, therefore perfect quality supervisory system is a forceful guarantee to improve teaching quality. Based on the investigation into the theoretical systems, quality criteria was established and quality evaluation was carried out according to different levels in the practice of controlling teaching quality. Meanwhile, reward and punishment, assistance and service were also integrated into the supervisory system, which embody an organic combination of severe administration and humanistic care.
