Study on Intellectual Property Protection Problems in Science Evaluation

科学评价与知识产权保护存在密切的联系,二者既有共同的对象和目的,也有激烈的冲突。科学评价中涉及众多的知识产权保护问题,主要涉及个人、组织和国家三个层次的知识产权保护。协调科学评价与知识产权保护的关系,构建与知识产权保护相适应的科学评价体系,鼓励创新,创造更多的知识产权,是科学评价和知识产权保护共同的目标。

Science evaluation has tight relation with intellectual property protection, they not only have object and aim in common, but also conflict with each other. There are many problems of intellectual property protection in science evaluation, they deal with three levels intellectual property protection, that is individual level, organization level and nation level. The harmony of intellectual property protection with science evaluation, constructing science evaluation system in line with intellectual property protection, encouraging innovation, creating more intellectual property, are the common aim of intellectual property protection and science evaluation.
