经济附加值在人力资源评价中的运用

摘要 人力资源运作是目前企业发展中的决定因素,如何比较客观公正地评价和运作管理者,是目前政府和企业所面临的一大难题。本文以一家上市公司财务数据为例,用经济附加值给出具体的评价实证。
