摘要
教师的专业成长有两个特异性:专业成长动机持续维持的特异性和教师专业知识的特异性。本文从教学管理实践出发,提出从培育研究型幼儿园文化入手来促进教师可持续的专业成长。
The paper begins with an analysis of two special features in teachers' professional development, namely, hardness to maintain the motivation for professional development and the specificity of the knowledge for teaching, followed by an exploration of promoting teachers' professional development through fostering a learning-research culture in kindergartens.
