摘要
行动学习是一个以完成预定的工作为目的,在同事的支持下持续不断地反思与学习的过程。行动学习法不仅是一种通过项目解决问题的方法,而且是改变自己的工作和职业方向以及处理工作中的矛盾冲突的有效手段,是一种自我发展的有用工具。作为一种教师培训的模式,行动学习法具有反思性、行动性、合作性、主体性、参与性、操作性、综合性等特征。
Action learning is a continual process of reflecting and learning with support of partners aimed to accomplish a specific task. It is not only a method to solve a problem through a project, but also an effective way to change one's working and professional direction and to handle the conflicts in work. It is a useful tool for self-improvement. As a teacher training mode, action learning has such features as reflectivity, activity, cooperativeness, subjectivity, participation, operatability and comprehensiveness.
