摘要
随着社会文化的巨大变迁,我国学前教育领域的不公平现象日益凸显,成为一个不容回避的问题。学前教育的不公平现象主要表现为学前教育资源的配置不均,即政府将有限的学前教育资源分配给了处于优势地位的少数群体,并且正在以“效率优先”的原则追求教育质量的提高。这种不公平现象可以通过“弱势补偿”的政策加以调整,但是,学前教育公平的真正实现仅仅依靠资源配置的合理调整是不够的,它还需要在课程政策上差别对待。
As the society and its culture are changing dynamically, the unfairness in the pre-school education in our nation has been appearing clearly, which is an inevitable problem. This phenomenon is mainly shown as the unbalanced distribution of the pre-school educational resources. In other words, it means that the government allocated the limited pre-school educational resources to the privileged minority, and it is pursuing the educational quality under the principle of the 'efficiency goes first'. This kind of unfairness could be adjusted by the principle of 'the unprivileged compensation'. However, the realization of the fairness in the pre-school education could not be made possible only by more reasonable allocation of the educational resources, but it also needs special policies on the course.
