四十多年克服“片追”的方案或思路,无效或不对,今后应另寻出路。在“科教兴国”战略下,“追求”无可指责,且对国家有利。“片追”的责任在于没有适应双重任务的评价制度。高考改革应避免四个“误区”：“实施素质教育的关键是高考”；“一次考试定终身”；“降低高考难度以减轻负担”；“唯分数录取”。建议：建立“招考分立”的体制,健全法制；向全国招生的学校,全国统考；健全报送制度,加强管理。

The plans that have been carried out in the past forty years to avoid placing undue emphasis on the proportion on students entering colleges are not available.It's necessary to find other ways.Under the strategy of developing the country by relying on science and education,“pursuit”is unblamable,on the contrary,“pursuit”can do good to the country.The reason why people placing undue emphasis on the proportion of students entering colleges is that there is no assessment system suitable for double duty.The reform of college entrance ex- amination should avoid four ideas:college entrance examination is the key for the implementing of“education for all-around development”;the lifelong development is decided by one examination;decreasing the difficulty of college entrance ex- amination can release students' burden;admit students according to their testing scores only.Advice:Establishing a system in which admission and examination is separated,at the same time,rule of law;the colleges that admit students from the whole country should take the form of national college entrance examination; perfecting the system of recommendation,reinforcing the management.
