林业行政许可是涉及国家林业资源保护与合理开发利用的工作,关系国家生态利益和长远发展,有着特殊重要性和战略意义。目前我国的林业行政许可工作受制于一系列客观因素,在提高工作的效益、促进林业生态的和谐发展等方面存在很大不足。为了顺应时代的发展,适应未来国家林业资源管理工作的需要,必须根据《行政许可法》有关规定和原则的要求,以追求效益与和谐为目标来不断完善我国的林业行政许可工作。

Forestry administrative permit, being especially important and strategic, con- cerns the protection of national forest resources and reasonable development and exploitation, which affects the national ecological benefit and its long-term development. At present our forestry administrative permit work is restricted with a series of objective factors and a lot of work can be done in the aspects of improving work benefit and promoting a coordinating progress of forestry ecology. In order to get along with the time and to meet the needs of national forest recourses management in the future, it is necessary to constantly improve our forestry administration affairs by following the regulations and basic principles regarding forestry administrative permit for the purpose of reaching benefit and accordance.
