摘要
当前,不少幼儿园管理者在认识上存在严重偏差,将经济效益视为幼儿园管理工作的重心。针对这种现状,本文首先从理论上剖析了幼儿园管理效益的基本特质——教育效益和社会效益。在此基础上,就如何回归幼儿园管理效益的本义这一问题,提出了两条解决措施。
In current China, there exists serious misconception in the management of kindergartens when many principals put economical benefit as the first priority. In view of the depressing situation, this paper analyses the essential natures of management benefit of kindergarten, educational and social benefit. And then solutions to this problem are suggested
