摘要
教师对园长信任度的问卷调查和访谈结果表明:1.多数教师对自己所在幼儿园的工作状态是肯定的,对园长是信任或较信任的;2.多数教师认为园长喜欢并信任那些聪明能干、有自己主见及埋头苦干的教师;3.教师希望园长能尊重和理解教师,不断听取教师的意见,保护教师的积极性。
The inquiry (in the form of a questionnaire) and interviews on the kindergarten teachers' trust degree of the principal shows that the majority of the teachers hold a positive attitude towards their working state and towards the principal and believe that the principal favors and trusts those smart, capable, inner-directed and diligent teachers. And teachers hope that the principal respects and understands them, listens to their voice and protects their enthusiasm.
