摘要
自加入WTO以来,作为中国经济中心、也是我国自主知识产权聚集高地的上海,很快就成为各类知识产权纠纷多发的“雷区”。而在推动国内首个以园区形式的上海知识产权园启用后,如何将知识产权行动贯彻到行业中去,如何打造和培养一些门槛较高的展会,就成为上海市杨浦区的一个重头工作。
