The MoChi Park is a classic park in a big scale in the city of WenZhou,which has important historical meaning. With the change of ages, scenery and historic monuments in the park have already changed completely. For re-appearance of the beauty of the MoChi Park, the government in the city decides to carry on a reformation to the MoChi Park. The paper introduces the general situation, the problem and the programming project of the MoChi Park. Historical culture inheritance of the MoChi Park and modern recreational places outstand in the programming project, and places of interest are also taken into account, which displays the whole culture of the WenZhou City.
