西方政治合法性理论述略

检视西方学者对政治合法性问题的研究不难发现,西方合法性理论大致可以分为具有明显张力的规范性合法性理论和经验性合法性理论,以及试图消弭二者张力的哈贝玛斯“重建性的合法性理论”三大主流合法性思想。

When we review the research about political legitimacy of Western scholars,it is not difficult to find that the theories of Western Political legitimacy can be broadly divided into three mainstream legitimacy thinking,which are norma- tive legitimacy theory and empirical legitimacy theory between which there is clearly tension,and Habeimasi's reconstructed legitimacy theory which attempted to diminish the tension between the former two theories.
