我国青少年社区矫正社会支持网模式研究——以J市青少年社区矫正为个案

文章以J市青少年社区矫正为个案,对青少年社区矫正对象的社会支持网进行研究,在基于“人在情境中”的社会工作核心理念的基础上,认为青少年社区矫正对象的社会支持网应该涵盖微观、中观、宏观三个层面,只有在这三个层面上同时着手,才能够帮助青少年社区矫正对象顺利地完成矫正任务,实现其重返社会的最终目标。

Based on the study of the individual case of teen-agers' rectification in the community,the paper probes into the social network supporting the rectification of teen-agers in the community.Guided by the key concept of social work,the author thinks that the network should cover three aspects——microcosmic,intermediate and macroscopic ones. People should undertake the task in the three aspects in order to help the teen-agers finish their rectification smoothly and return to society again.
