刍议大学生道德与法律意识的培养与强化

意识是信念、行为动机及行为的内在动力,是内心真实的思想和诚挚的愿望,是行为发生的前提。因此,高校德育的目的就是在于促使大学生把自己了解和掌握的道德要求和法律规范等方面的知识或道理,在现实生活中转化为内在的意识,变为自觉的行为；高校德育的内容不仅仅包括理论知识的积累和整合,还应包含意识、信念及追求的培养和强化等。只有审时度势地强化培养和提升大学生的道德与法律意识,才能促使其道德行为、法律行为的发生,为其学会做人与学会做事打下良好基础,从而向社会输送合格的人才。

Consciousness is the inner impetus of belief,conduct and conduct motives.It is the true thoughts and sincere desire in one's inner world.It is the prerequisite to conduct occurrence.Thus,moral education in colleges and universities aims at urging students to transform their knowledge about moral demands and law standards into the inner consciousness in the real life and make it their voluntary conduct.Moral education in colleges and universities not only consists of the accu- mulation and integration of theoretical knowledge but also the cultivation and enhancement of consciousness,belief and pur- suit.Only by means of enhancing the cultivation and improvement of the students' moral and law consciousness,can the oc- currence of moral and law conduct be made possible.It will lay a good foundation for their learning how to behave and how to work so that they can go to the society as morally qualified talents.
